Shipping & Delivery

All in-stock items will ship the same day or the following day via UPS Ground Service or USPS first class. We offer free ground shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more ordered through our online store. Order under $50.00 will include a flat rate $5.00 per item charge for shipping.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is the utmost importance to us. Information that you provide through our shopping cart, wish list, inquiry forms or mailing list sign up form is never shared, sold, traded or rented. The data you provide is stored in a secure database and allows you to manage your account, save items to your favorites, checkout and make purchases online. When you provide us with information in any of our forms or place orders through our shopping cart, you are automatically added to our mailing list and will receive information by email from us from time to time. The information we send by email may include special offers, new product information and news and tips about keeping your skin young looking and healthy. Your information may also be used to contact you about order inquiries you have made and inform you about special offers that relate to your purchasing history and preferences. Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list, we give you the option to remove your name in every email that we send.

Our website server protects the information we collect both online and offline. We also have spam and virus filters that keep our website and email servers from acquiring or transmitting viruses, worms and /or spywear. Purchases you make via our shopping cart are made through PayPal’s secure server that completely safeguards your credit card and personal information.

On occasion, One Source Products, LLC located on the web at organic-skin-care-store.com links to other websites. When you click a link and leave our site, please be aware that we cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this website.

We will never under any circumstances make your information available to a 3rd party. We want you to feel confident and at ease when visiting our website. Your comments and questions are always welcome.

Returns & Replacements

Damaged or defective products require notification within 72 hours of receipt to be eligible for reimbursement or replacement. Please call (239) 513-9764 or email us at info@organicskincarestore.net for instructions. Damage caused by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser. 

All of the following apply to our return policy:

• One Source Products LLC will accept returns on goods sold within 30 days of the original date of invoice.
• Customers must call (239) 513-9764 or email us at info@organicskincarestore.net within 30 days of invoice and obtain authorization and instructions on making returns. No refunds will be issued or return of product to the customer unless this step is completed.
• Return shipping must be pre-paid by the customer.
• When authorization is approved and the product is returned per instructions, customer will receive the purchase price of the product(s) returned, less 15% handling fees.

Ordering

Customers of Organic Skin Care Store, a division of One Source Products, LLC, may order our products through our convenient automated shopping cart or by mail. Phone and email orders are not accepted. Our area of service includes the continental US only. All payments must be in USD.

Shopping Cart Orders

Ordering from One Source Products is easy through our automated shopping cart system. Once you register, you will receive a unique login which will allow you to add items to your cart, save favorites to your wishlist and check out using convenient and secure credit card processing via PayPal. Save your login and bookmark our site so that you can easily return for reorders and new purchases.

Orders by Mail: 

Print out full order details prior to completing the shopping cart check out process and mail this information along with your check or credit card information.

Payments made by mail may be paid by personal check, certified bank check, money order or credit card. Include the following information with your payment:

• Billing Address
• Shipping Address

• Daytime and evening phone number
• Complete order details (a printout from shopping cart)
• Include appropriate sales tax (Florida residents) and shipping charges if applicable
• When paying by credit card, include the following::
  • Name on card (must match buyer’s name)
  • Card type: Visa, MC, Discover and AmEx accepted
  • Expiration date:
  • CVV: 3-4 digit number on back or front of card
  • Billing address
  • Your signature authorizing credit card payment
• Payments by personal check:
  • Personal checks and money orders accepted
  • Name and current address must be printed on checks
  • Order fulfillment will not occur until check clears

Methods of Payment
Our shopping cart integrates with PayPal, a highly secure payment gateway that gives you multiple payment options. These include instant transfer or eCheck from your checking account or credit card payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you do not have a PayPal account and do not wish to set one up (free of charge), click the link to Use your credit card or bank account without PayPal. This option allows you to use Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for your purchase.

*Please Note:  whether you purchase through PayPal or major credit card that we accept, your purchase will show ONE SOURCE PRODUCTS, LLC on your credit card statement.

Sales
All sales made to individuals or companies within the state of Florida will be charged the applicable sales tax as required by law. This will occur automatically at time of check out through our shopping cart. When ordering by snail mail, be sure to add applicable sales tax to your invoice (Florida residents only).

Guarantee
Because product ingredients are natural and/or organic, they lack preservatives and synthetic ingredients that prolong their shelf life. For that reason, we do not recommend buying in bulk unless you are distributing products to others within a short period of time.

Any changes in our privacy policy will be posted on this page. Our privacy policy may change from time to time. Therefore, we encourage you to review it periodically.
